You can submit research or practice papers. All submissions should be directed to the conference secreteria indicating which track (research or practice) or which special sessions it is intended for, and they must all corform to the aprticular instructions or authors' guidelines... All papers should be written in English and may contain research, policy, best practices, and cases covering any subjects related to all aspects of mobile technologies and e-government.

The Review Process - All submissions are subject to review and acceptance. mLife conferences are committed to a high standard content. The full papers will be double-blind reviewed by the members the International Program Committee. After the review process all accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings provided that at least one author registers and presents the paper at the conference.

Submissions for practice talks, demos and posters:

arr arr submit a page long proposal including a brief description and the proposer's short bio

arr arr email it to the conference secretariat indicating exhibition/demo/poster on the subject line.

The practice/demo/poster sessions is an essential part of the interactive aspect of the conference. It is an opportunity for visibility and closer communications. The participation to these sessions, often, does not require a full academic paper.

Participants from IT and telecom companies, mobile phone and device manufacturers, IT departments of Government Units and technology developing researchers are particularly encouraged to submit their Mobile IT solutions, content, services, systems, applications, devices and other technological exhibitions and demos to these sessions.

 

Submissions for Research tracks, and Special sessions:

arr arrsubmit a full paper including a short bio at the end.

arr arrfull papers should be no more than 10 A4 size pages. Please download and follow the authors guidelines here.

arr arr email it to the conference secretariat indicating Research track or the special session.

The research presentations will promote discussions and exchange of ideas on significant issues on recent research, policy, best practices and new developments on Mobile Government through presentations and posters.

Participants from academia, research units/institutions, government agencies are particularly encouraged to submit their work to these sessions.
